1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SiteSutra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using SiteSutra on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Service Description
SiteSutra provides an AI-powered CRM platform for digital agencies, including lead management, AI agent deployment, proposal generation, project management, and invoicing features.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SiteSutra to send unsolicited messages (spam), violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy (7-day refund window from initial purchase). Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into SiteSutra. We claim no ownership over your leads, proposals, projects, invoices, or any other business data.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. SLA guarantees are available on the Agency plan.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data will be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
SiteSutra's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
